The Prom Shop is a small company which cares very much about what we do and providing good customer service.   We would be grateful of any feedback which can help us to improve this service.

PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order,  we will send you an email to confirm that we have accepted your order. Payment will be taken once we confirm your order. You will receive a second e-mail informing you when the garment has been shipped.  

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, not in stock, or are wrongly priced, we will advise you of this as soon as possible.  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products which appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All  sizes are displayed as UK sizes.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Electron, American Express and Delta. You can also pay by cheque, postal order, bank transfer and paypal.   If an item is ordered in specially for you, the item will be paid for when it is ordered.  All prices are inclusive of VAT.

FREE JEWELLERY SET

Free jewellery is offered on all full price Dynasty Dresses. The Jewellery Sets may differ slightly but will include a necklace and a pair of matching earrings.

PRE-ORDER DRESSES

Pre-order dresses may take up to 12 weeks for delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for situations in which a gown does not arrive in time for a customer’s prom because it was ordered on a pre-order basis less than 12 weeks before the date of that customer’s prom.  

While The Prom Shop will use its best endeavours to ensure that it does not knowingly sell the same style & colour of gown to two girls attending the same prom it does not make any warranties or guarantees in this regard and its ability to do so should not be relied upon.
