POSTAGE

Postage is free for standard delivery on the first order you make for this season’s range of full priced Dynasty dresses.  An additional fee of £8.99 may be paid to ensure next day delivery if the order is made before 1pm. Postage on all other dresses is £4.99 for 1^st class Royal Mail Delivery and £8.99 for next day delivery by courier. Any orders made at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.    Free shipping is not applicable to replacement orders.    Please contact us for a price on International Orders.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have right to cancel your contract up to seven days after the day of delivery. To do this please use the returns form on our website. Please do not return any goods without contacting us first. It speeds up the process if we have prior knowledge of a problem.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however, a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return goods at your own expense.  We suggest that proof of postage is obtained.

We can only give goodwill refunds on exchanges on prom gowns returned in their original condition, in the original delivery box, with garment cover and all tags intact and attached to the garment.

 We cannot give goodwill refunds or exchanges on:
i) prom gowns which have been worn (except for trying on for fit and appearance)
ii) prom gowns which are returned with any odour
iii) prom gowns which are returned to us damaged.
iv) prom gowns which are not returned in the same condition in which they were received.

We will contact you and agree a resolution to the problem. This would be either a full refund, a replacement item, or any other mutually agreed resolution.

All refunds will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse and found to be in acceptable condition. Please note that it may take 7 working days for the refunds to show in your account.

The Prom Shop sells ball gowns and evening dresses. These items are formalwear and are made to withstand reasonable wear at formal occasions. Our ball gowns and evening dresses are delicate and we would ask all customers to bear this in mind when wearing them. The Prom Shop does not accept any responsibility for items damaged as a result of activity over and above what the garment could reasonably be expected to endure during a formal occasion/prom.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
